#18 Weight losing challenge
Yes, I'm on a diet, once again. This time my goal is to get below 80 kg first in a couple of months, and then get to somewhere between 70-75 kg, which is a healthy range for me. (I’m about 1.76 meters tall)
Over the last 10 years, I’ve gained and lost lots of kilograms. I gained weight when I’m on steroids because of my treatments and lost weight when I got rid of medications or I had strict diets.
I was about 67 kg when I was at the university.
After I graduated I gained 20+ kilos and became about 100 kg in 2010.
In 2011, I started to lose weight and quitted smoking at the same time
I was about 73 kg when I got married in 2013
