46. Walk and Talk
I love walking alone. I also love walking with someone and talking about things.
Last evening we made a walk with Ahmet Kuzubaşlı at the seaside. We talked about what we’re working on, and our professional and personal interests. We walked for about one and a half hours.
For the knowledge workers who sit all day while working, and especially the ones working remotely like me, having a walk and talk is great for both physical and mental health.
