There’s been good and bad times with my weight for the last 11 years.
I’ve been consulted by my dietitian for the last 7 months, but this time I couldn’t make it to lose weight.
And I’m sick and tired of it. That’s why I wanted to make this public commitment:
From now on, I will
be strictly following my diet,
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
lose 1kg each week,
and lose at least 15 kg at the end of winter (March 21, 2022), i.e. become at most 75 kg.
After achieving these goals, I’ll keep my weight under 80 kg.
